 How is my order processed?

 

Once we receive your order, we prepare it immediately. If we have questions we will contat you by phone or email. We will dispatch your order within the two following two days.

 

 Who is going to take my order?

 

We work wicht urgent transport companies. Occasionally we can contract another logistic company but in case we have a lot goods movements not to risk the quality of the delivery service.

 

How long does it take to get home?

 

orders within Spain take 24 hours from monday to thursday because on saturday transport companies don't deliver, so your order will kept in company strorage. If it rains, we don't deliver until the weather improves. In Europe it takes around two or four days depending of the country.

 

Does the price include charges?

 

Yes. The price shown on the web site is the total price.

 

Are the products guaranteed?

 

Yes. we guarantee the quality and the good conditions of our products. If the product damaged, we will give you another one without any charge.

 

Is it possible to return an order?

 

Yes. Naranjas de Montesa will returning goods and run the cost in the following cases:

bad presentation of the product because the packing is damaged or the seal is broken: DON'T ACCEPT THE ORDER AND GIVE IT BACK TO THE CARRIER. Then contact us email at this address- info@naranjasdemontesa.es

This guarantees the freshness of the oranges. The leaves prove that the product has been recently harvested.

 

How oranges are well conserved?

 

Remove the oranges from the box and keep them away from heat.
